Up front is a polished brass shank, precisely fitted for clean nib alignment. The slight forward weight bias from the grip gives it a deliberate, grounded feel while painting.
On the back end, it includes an integrated A-Bar alignment jig, allowing quick, square, repeatable bar setup without a separate fixture. So you can always be ready.
