This holder features a hand-turned 3/4” steel grip, the same diameter you’re used to on traditional tattoo tubes. Familiar in the hand, controlled, and balanced.
The grip is precision knurled, in my shop, then hot-blued for a deep, durable finish that will age with use and develop character over time.
Up front, it carries a matte brass shank with a fitted nib insert for clean alignment and a tight, repeatable seat. The slight forward weight from the grip gives it a steady, deliberate stroke when painting.
On the back end, this one includes the abar alignment jig built in, making bar setup fast, square, and consistent. No separate fixture needed.you can even paint with a machine loaded up for some exercise. .
